Why are you guys subcontracting the lining work?
Trenchless lining is an emerging plumbing technology requiring highly specialized, extremely expensive machinery that is only used on a small fraction of jobs. While we hope to build this specific equipment capability within our own shop in the future, we currently coordinate and manage the entire process for you. By contracting with vetted regional partners who specialize in this machinery and acting as your single point of contact, we handle all the coordination, excavation, permitting, and final tie-ins so you only have to deal with one trusted local plumber.
Can any broken sewer pipe be lined?
No. In order to pull an epoxy sleeve or a pipe-bursting cone through your line, the host pipe must still have its basic structural shape. If your line has completely collapsed, flattened into oval shapes, or has a severe “belly” (a low section where sewage pools), we cannot use trenchless methods. In those cases, we will use our own excavators to perform a traditional, code-compliant trench repair.
